Joy Hotel Amsterdam

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the basic amenities you need for a short stay. The beds were cozy and provided a good night's sleep. the location was great, just outside the city center with a subway station within a short walking distance. This made it easy to explore the city and visit all the popular tourist spots. Another advantage was the friendly staff who provided prompt service and made sure our needs were taken care of.

One of the negative aspects was the poor check-in experience.

Great location beside the metro station, taking you in 15 minutes to the city center and 1 stop to the Johan Cruyff Arena. The staff is very welcoming. Clean room with useful amenities such as a kettle, mini-fridge, and TV. Lightning-fast check-in and check-out. Nice option to have a vending machine, coffee machine, and microwave downstairs.

The whole experience was really nice. I loved the nice building of this serviceable hotel and its fantastic location. The room was decent size with bathtub.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the value for money was outstanding - affordable prices for a fantastic stay. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, especially in the newly renovated rooms with lovely bathrooms. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Lastly, the location, though in a quiet place, was convenient as it was within the adjacent office buildings and just a short distance from the city center.

All was great, no improvements needed.

Staff and location were very good, I appreciated that. They made my stay great. Close vicinity, just 5 minutes on foot to Bullewijk subway station, was a big plus.

We stayed at this hotel and were very impressed with the cleanliness of the room with enough space for us both. The staff were friendly and provided all necessary facilities, including free Wi-Fi, and we were particularly pleased with the direct metro connection, making it easy to reach all major attractions in the city within 20-30 minutes. The location was perfect for us as we were attending an event at a nearby arena, and it was only a 2-minute walk to the Metro station, convenient.
